We have been asked to help notify everyone that Salt Lake City is implementing a Landlord Tenant Program that goes into effect September 1.

This new ordinance applies to  all single and double family houses that are being used as a rental units. If you have a mother in law apartment, duplex, and so forth, this ordinance and program applies to you.
